Memorise Codes and Colours through the use of Colour Codes

 Contents..

Colours can be interpreted as number digits or even as letters of the alphabet in a character set. Below is a rough outline of how 100 distinct colours could be used to represent 2 digit numbers. I will likely play with this in the long term and associate the colours with numbers but this is a proof of concept:

For the 10k system of people, I want them to have a colour on their clothing to represent a digit from 0 to 9. Here is a system:

Here are example bodies meaning the digit 1 and the digit 2 - according to that chart above of 0 to 9 and associated colours:

Colours can also be associated with letters of the alphabet. In this way, an acrostic sentence can indicate a set of colours.

Once, I tried that approach in order to memorise the colours of some nations' flags.

In February 2012, I decided upon a palette of 32 colours or shades. Each colour has an associated number and character. 20 of those colours are being used in my 10k people system. I could have used 10 colours but I realised that a slightly different yellow on someone's clothes could denote that the 4 digit number of the person is prime. Along that theme, there are 10 basic colours and then the shift to a different shade if the person is 'prime'.
